Our main office is located in Wilmington, Delaware but we also have a beautiful office in Romania where we test and shoot all the products before adding them to our store.

Can I find the items you sell at offline stores?

Most of the products we sell can only be found online, we work directly with producers to bring high quality, innovative and useful products on the market as soon as possible, usually much faster than big retailers.

Why are your prices higher compared to other online stores?

At SmarterWomen we believe in fast shipping and high quality.

When you order from our store you don’t have to wait upwards to 4 weeks for your products. For most of the US orders, we ship the products from our warehouse in Michigan so you get to enjoy the products as soon as possible!

We strive to deliver to you high quality products that you can enjoy for a long time to come!

Where are your items sourced?

SmarterWomen works with partners around the world: small producers from Europe, Asia and US.

As an example, all our vegan leather products come from Portugal, where they are traditionally harvested and manufactured. 

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Within 24 hours after your order is completed and payment is sent, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping and tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Michigan by USPS.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

How can I see where my order is at the moment? 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
