We’re happy to accept returns for all products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt. Just reach out to our support team to initiate a return.
Whatever the reason for your return of one of our products, we want to know how we can do better next time. Expect our friendly support team to ask a few questions, then work with you to make it right.
To return your product, first contact our support team to get a return code, so we know to look out for your return. Then please send your product to the following address, (and make sure to include a note with your return code inside the package):
